Maintain buildings and grounds to the highest standard

Maintain condition reports of equipment and machinery and any other improvements or projects as requested by the owner’s corporation, including general Common Property areas

Notification of any repairs, maintenance or replacement required in or around the property

Notification of any hazard or danger and, if required, supervise its rectification

Ensure that all lighting in the building and common property is operative and efficient

Monitor maintenance and arrange for the inspection of all fire equipment and other essential equipment ensuring full compliance at all times
Monitoring
- Monitoring of Car Parks, Loading Docks including deliveries in and out of sites, including occupant relocations

Monitoring for the protection of shared facilities/services and common property
- Management and monitoring of security, including keys

Ensure security devices and keys to common property and lots are kept secure at all times

Ensure the common property and adjoining public areas comply with all health and safety requirements at all times, including all fire escapes

Daily site inspections to ensure safety, and compliance of contractors
